The company is privately owned by Basotho and incorporated in the Kingdom of Lesotho to trade in Auto and Flat Glass under a franchise agreement with Glasfit South Africa.

The company started operations in September 2019, and it has to date provided professional services mainly to the insurance industry, it has also traded to individual vehicle vehicle owners, fleets belonging to corporates, small to medium private companies, Public Entities, Non-Gorvernment Organization and International Organizations in Lesotho.

It has over the years grown in stature due to its meticulous focus on professionalism in fitments adoption of best international business practices in an industry that has remained largely informal in Lesotho.
